Benelec UHF Mobile Antenna Base 5/16" Stud
5/16" 26TPI male stud, suitable for ground dependent antennas. This antenna base can be used on a bracket or be fitted to the surface of a vehicle body via a 16mm hole. This style of base and antenna arrangement provides optimum performance when fitted to the middle of a roof.
Benelec UHF Mobile Antenna Base 5/16" Stud to UHF Socket
This antenna base is typically used on brackets with 16mm holes. It allows for UHF plug installs where the cable length may vary from standard leads. Please note the connector interface needs to be waterproofed with self-amalgamating tape if it is exposed to the weather.
Benelec Magnetic Suction Antenna Base
The universal magnetic base incorporates a suction cup and magnet combination that facilitates the use of temporary installations of larger antennas that are ground independent. The base is suitable for medium duty antennas only with a length not exceeding 1.2m. Care must be taken when driving at speed as this causes extreme pressure on the surface of the vehicle. A lip is used to release the trapped air in the suction cup to facilitate removal of the base form the vehicle body. the suction cup does protect the surface paint of a vehicle.
